1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for an account or using any proxy services provided by EasyProxy ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use our services.
2. Services and Bandwidth Usage
We provide residential, mobile, datacenter, and static ISP proxy bandwidth. Bandwidth is sold on a pay-per-use basis in gigabytes (GB). Purchased bandwidth does not expire unless your account is terminated due to a violation of these terms. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or specific throughput speeds, as proxy performance depends on external networks and carriers.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your proxy credentials. You agree NOT to use our proxies for any illegal activities, including but not limited to: performing DDoS attacks, sending unsolicited email/spam, credit card fraud/carding, unauthorized scanning, hacking, copyright infringement, credential stuffing, or bypassing regional security systems in a malicious manner. Additionally, you must not share your proxies or API key publicly, and you cannot sell or share your trial. Violation of this policy will result in immediate suspension of your account, revoke of your access, and forfeiture of all remaining bandwidth.
4. Payments, Billing, and Refunds
All purchases are made using supported cryptocurrencies through our payment processors. Bandwidth is credited automatically to your account as soon as the transaction receives the required network confirmations. Because cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible and bandwidth is consumed dynamically, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on consumed or partially used bandwidth.
5. Limitation of Liability & Warranty Disclaimer
Our services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Under no circumstances shall EasyProxy be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the proxies, data loss, or server downtime.
6. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated modification date. Your continued use of the service following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
